Make your event useful after the room clears.

The best event recap starts with a plan for what matters. Share the schedule, key moments and audience before the cameras arrive.

Decide what the recap should do

Tell the videographer whether your event video is for guests, future customers or the next gathering. Choose the main purpose, then mark the moments that will explain the experience to someone who was not there.

A two hour booking needs a deliberate coverage window. Build it around the important performance, announcement or activity rather than assuming the first two hours are best.

Share the details before filming

Coverage starts before doors open.

Send the schedule, venue address and one contact who can handle changes. Confirm access, filming rules, lighting restrictions and any travel needs.

If speeches or performances need clear sound, discuss audio access in advance. A highlight recap is different from a complete recording of every speech. Agree extra coverage before the schedule runs over.

Jamaal’s $450 Event Coverage includes up to two hours of Florida filming, one edited 60 to 90 second highlight video, three vertical social clips and two revision rounds. Editing typically takes 1 to 2 days after the event and receipt of agreed assets. Allow up to 2 weeks when busy.

Longer coverage and travel outside the agreed area are quoted before booking. This is Jamaal’s package, not a statewide standard rate. Send your date, venue, schedule and intended use so the coverage matches what matters.
