CapCut: check the export before you post
Choose export settings for your footage and destination, then inspect the saved file instead of trusting a resolution label alone.

Why it helps
A sharp edit can still leave CapCut with the wrong crop, soft detail or awkward motion. The export panel gives you control over resolution, frame rate and bitrate. Those settings work together. Selecting 4K alone does not guarantee a better result on Instagram or any other platform.

Try this

Make a short test export before rendering a long project.
- Set the canvas for the destination. For a full screen vertical social clip, a 9:16 layout is a useful starting point. Check faces, captions and logos inside that frame rather than stretching a horizontal image.
- Open Export and check resolution, frame rate and bitrate together. Use settings your source and intended platform support. Higher bitrate can preserve more detail, but it also increases file size; maximum settings are not automatically the right delivery choice.
- Play the actual exported file with sound. Inspect movement, small text and dark areas. Compare it with your source, then upload the clean master and review the posted result after processing.
